Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Turnstone Corporation, Milford, NH, for a total price not to exceed $13,004,320 for REBID-ARPA-State House Annex Renovations, Concord, NH. 43% Capital Funds, 24% Federal Funds, 33% Revolving Funds. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $100,000 for unanticipated site expenses, bringing the total to $13,104,320. 100% Revolving Funds. (3) Further authorize a payment of $200,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total amount to $13,304,320. Effective upon G&C approval through April 30, 2025. 100% Revolving Funds
