Description
Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Weatherguard Industries/SMJ Metals, LLC, Northampton, MA, for a total price not to exceed $348,000 for Roof Replacements – Boiler Plant and R&D, Concord, NH. (2) Further authorize a payment of $10,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total amount to $358,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 7, 2024. 100% Capital Funds
