Description

Authorize to amend existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated November 19, 2025 (originally approved by G&C on 6/29/22, Item #56, archived document ), to continue Emergency Solutions Grant and Housing Stabilization services by exercising contract renewal options, modify the scope of services, and add federal funding for Homeless Management Information System license fees, by increasing the total price limitation by $5,518,380 from $10,511,388 to $16,029,768 and extending the completion date for Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc., from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026. Effective January 2, 2026, upon G&C approval. And extending the completion date for the other Contractors from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2028. Effective January 2, 2026, upon G&C approval. 45% Federal Funds, 55% General Funds
