Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with JPMorgan Chase Bank NA, Paymentech, LLC, Plano, TX (originally approved by G&C on 5/18/16, Item #55), by increasing the price limitation by $20,000,000 from $15,000,000 to an amount up to and not to exceed $35,000,000 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval.
