Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way’s petition for a hearing on the reconstruction of NH Route 28, Main Street, and Depot Road in the Town of Chichester, NH. The Main Street approaches will be consolidated into one location opposite Depot Road, creating a conventional 4-way intersection. (2) Further authorized a Commission of Three Persons should be appointed by the Governor and Council to hold a hearing, and shall determine whether there is an occasion for the construction of the intersection, with a suggested budget of $971.38.
