Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with TRN Digital LLC, Boston, MA (originally approved by G&C on 6/28/23, Item #89), utilizing Statewide contract 8002852 under the Department of Administrative Services Statewide Master Agreements for Microsoft Office 365/Azure Cloud Solutions, for development, implementation and maintenance services of an enterprise intranet solution using Microsoft SharePoint, by increasing the price limitation by $294,000 from $250,000 to $544,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
