Description
Authorize to accept and expend additional agency income Medicaid Enhancement Tax revenue in the amount of $39,013,305. (2) Further authorize the allocation of these funds as detailed in the letter dated December 7, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Other Funds (Medicaid Enhancement Tax).
