Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with KPH Healthcare Services, Inc., Gouverneur, NY (originally approved by G&C on 6/14/23, Item #42A) to add funding to support medications not covered by insurance for the residents of Glencliff Home, by increasing the price limitation by $120,000 from $27,000 to $147,000 with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2025. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2023, upon G&C approval. 32.48% General Funds, 67.52% Other Funds (Agency Income)
