Authorize to amend existing contracts with AmeriHealth Caritas New Hampshire Inc., Philadelphia, PA, Boston Medical Center Health Plan, Inc., d/b/a WellSense Health Plan, Manchester, NH, and Granite State Health Plan Inc. d/b/a New Hampshire Healthy Families, Bedford, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1/10/24, Tabled Item #33, archived document ) to provide health care services to eligible and enrolled Medicaid participants through New Hampshire's Medicaid managed care program known as New Hampshire Medicaid Care Management, by increasing the total price limitation by $25,535,136 which is made up of $135,937 in general funds, $4,869,404 in non-federal funds and $20,529,795 in federal funds. The price limitation change moves from $2,743,228,328 to $2,768,763,464 (an increase of 0.9% in total funds) covering the first two contract periods with no change to the contract completion dates of August 31, 2029. Effective upon G&C approval.
