Authorize to accept and expend funds from the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, to support lead remediation and testing activities per a Memorandum of Agreement between the two agencies, originally approved by G&C on 11/8/23, Item #93, in the amount of $1,087,404. (2) Further authorize the funds to be allocated as detailed in the letter dated December 21, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Other Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on January 19, 2024.
