Authorize to amend an existing agreement with JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc., Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/2/20, Item #21), to continue to enhance comprehensive tobacco prevention and cessation program initiative, by increasing the price limitation by $1,604,450 from $1,395,970 to $3,000,420 and by extending the completion date from February 28, 2024 to February 28, 2027. Effective upon G&C approval. 48% Federal Funds, 52% General Funds
