Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Oxbow Data Management Systems, LLC, Bellevue, NE (originally approved by G&C on 6/1/16, Item #21), to provide a medical information management system that integrates health screening data management, eligibility determination, and billing by increasing the price limitation by $152,956 from $314,846 to $467,802 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2027. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
