Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with New Hampshire Legal Assistance, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8/17/22, Item #14), for legal services to eligible adults ages sixty or older, by extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2026 and increasing the price limitation by $292,730 from $292,600 to $585,330. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 50% Federal Funds, 50% General Funds
