Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing Cooperative Project Agreement with University of New Hampshire, Institute for Health Policy and Practice, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/21/17, Item #11), to allow UNH to continue providing the Department with technology infrastructure, expertise, technical assistance, and support for certain core Department Medicaid functions and deliverable, by increasing the price limitation by $254,398 from $8,231,728 to $8,486,126 and by extending the expiration date from January 31, 2024 to July 31, 2024.
