Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing cooperative project agreement with University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10/13/21, Item #34), to expand the scope of services to establish a statewide mobile crisis responder training program, by increasing the price limitation by $1,745,449 from $4,028,757 to $5,774,206, with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2024.
