Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries, Inc., Belmont, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $2,853,083.42 for roadway resurfacing on the Spaulding Turnpike (NH 16) northbound and southbound in Dover. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $142,654.17 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 20, 2024. 100% Turnpike Funds
