Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving, Inc., Londonderry, NH, on the basis of a single bid of $10,011,909.25 for roadway resurfacing of two sections of Tier 2 roadways in five towns (Epsom, Northwood, Nottingham, Barrington and Lee) in District 5 and 6. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $500,595.46 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 26, 2025. 100% Federal Funds
