Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries, Inc., Belmont, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $11,316,500.76 for roadway resurfacing on I-93 in Plymouth, Campton and Thornton. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $565,825.04 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 19, 2025. 100% Federal Funds
