Description
Authorize, for the benefit of the Department of Safety, to retroactively amend an existing sole source contract with Q-Matic Corporation, Duluth, GA (originally approved by G&C on 8/5/20, Item #O), by increasing the price limitation by $13,737.52 from $333,960.27 to $347,697.79 for the purpose of providing support and maintenance services for kiosk equipment which will be utilized to manage daily customer interactions and self-check-in, with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2025. Effective retroactive to September 1, 2023, upon G&C approval. 100% Other (Agency Class 27) Funds: the Agency Class 027 used by the Department of Safety to reimburse DoIT is 100% Agency Income (Cost of Collections) Funds
