Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Labor (DOL), to enter into a sole source contract amendment with ImageSoft Inc., Southfield, MI (originally approved by G&C on 5/6/20, Item #72), by increasing the price limitation by $647,115.60 from $1,669,301.41 to $2,343,417.01, and extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2025 for additional design, development, and implementation services to the DOL’s Electronic Document Management System. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Other (Agency Class 27) Funds: the Agency Class 027 used by the DOL to reimburse DoIT is 100% Other Funds
