Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into a retroactive amendment to a contract with Charles W. Harris, Inc., Monson, MA (originally approved by G&C on 7/19/23, Item #50), to upgrade the State Forest Nursery irrigation system by extending the completion date from December 15, 2023 to May 10, 2024, with no change to the price limitation. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
