Description
Authorize to accept and expend $2,557,158 in federal funds from the United States Environmental Protection Agency to support NHDES’s Brownfields State Response Program and fund the cleanup of contaminated properties throughout New Hampshire. (2) Further authorize to transfer funds in the amount of $200,800. (3) Further authorize the funds to be allocated as detailed in the letter dated December 22, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on January 19, 2024.
