Authorize to retroactively amend an agreement with the Nippo Lake Association, Barrington, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10/13/21, Item #72K), for the Nippo Lake Association Watershed Management Plan: Implementation of Road, Residential and In-lake BMPs project by extending the completion date from December 31, 2023 to December 31, 2024. This is a no cost time extension. 100% Federal Funds
