Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with the National Center for Competency-Based Learning, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11/18/20, Item #112), to provide consulting services and development support of a draft revision to the New Hampshire Code of Administrative Rules Ed 306 Minimum Standards state regulations by increasing the price limitation by $25,000 from $50,000 to $75,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 100% General Funds
