Authorize the Office of the Commissioner to enter into a grant agreement with the Department of Information Technology, Concord, NH in the amount of $57,600 for the purpose of cyber incident response training through the State Homeland Security Program portion of the 2023 Homeland Security Grant Program. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
