Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to enter into a retroactive contract amendment with Randall-Reilly, LLC, Tuscaloosa, AL (originally approved by G&C on 12/19/18, Item #65B) by increasing the price limitation by $224,400 from $563,000 to not to exceed $787,400 and to extend the end date from December 31, 2023 to December 31, 2025 to provide vehicle identification and valuation information. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2025. 100% Highway Funds
