Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a sole source contract with Rempert Inc. d/b/a RPF Environmental, Northwood, NH, for a total price not to exceed $65,000 for abatement monitoring services at the New Hampshire Supreme Court in Concord, NH. Effective retroactive to January 16, 2023, upon G&C approval through April 30, 2024, with an option to extend for an additional three months. 100% Federal Funds
