Description
Authorize the Bureau of Materials & Research to amend a sole source Cooperative Project Agreement with the University of New Hampshire Sponsored Programs Administration, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5/5/21, Item #27), by extending the completion date from January 31, 2024 to January 31, 2026, to provide a cooperative evaluation to reduce runoff and improve water quality at the Welcome and Information Center rest area along Interstate 89 southbound in Sutton, NH. Effective upon G&C approval. No additional funding is involved in this time extension.
