Authorize to amend an existing contract with Area Agency of Greater Nashua, Inc., d/b/a Gateways Community Services, Nashua, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/29/22, Item #42), for ongoing financial management and employer of record services to manage payments for respite and supplemental support services for caregivers under the New Hampshire Family Caregiver Support Program and the Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders Program, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $1,614,712 from $2,293,564 to $3,908,276 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2026. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 46.90% Federal Funds, 53.10% General Funds
