Description
Authorize to enter into sole source amendments to existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated October 23, 2023, to continue to serve as members of the Multidisciplinary Team by assessing and evaluating whether or not individuals convicted of a sexually violent offense, who are eligible for release from total confinement, meet the definition of sexually violent predators and, as such, meet the criteria for civil commitment under New Hampshire RSA 135-E, by extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2026, and increasing the total shared price limitation by $50,000 from $128,000 to $178,000. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds Division for Behavioral Health
