Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with the City of Nashua, NH, in the amount of $994,000 for clinical testing for infectious diseases and child lead exposure, case management services, and outreach and education programs to prevent and control infectious diseases and child lead exposure. Effective retractive to January 1, 2024, upon G&C approval through December 31, 2027, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 81% Federal Funds, 14% General Funds, 5% Other Funds (Lead Poisoning Prevention Fund)
