Authorize the Bureau of Finance & Contracts to retroactively pay memberships dues to the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, Washington, DC, in the amount of $34,000, for continued membership in their STEM Outreach Solutions and Technical Training Solutions for the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
