Authorize to retroactively amend an agreement with the Newfound Lake Region Association, Bristol, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10/13/21, Item #65) for the Newfound Watershed Management Plan Implementation Phase 4: Culverts, Structural BMPs and Non-structural BMPs project by extending the completion date from December 31, 2023 to December 31, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval. This is a no cost time extension. 100% Federal Funds
