Description
Authorize the Division of Learner Support to amend an existing sole source contract with KaiPod Learning Inc., Boston, MA (originally approved by G&C on 5/4/22, Item #83) by increasing the price limitation by $180,000 from $1,819,520 to $1,999,520, to increase the implementation of the Connecting Bright Futures Program – a KaiPod Summer Enrichment Program to support 3rd-12th grade online learners through in-person academic and other enrichment activities. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
