Authorize to enter into a contract with Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker, LLC, Portland, ME, in the amount of $366,151 for a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of benefit utilization and participant shopping experience among those enrolled in the Department’s Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% Federal Funds
