Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with the Foundation for Healthy Communities, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10/13/21, Item #27A), to add funding to provide additional training and consultation on financial management and quality improvement to New Hampshire Critical Access Hospitals, by increasing the price limitation by $152,835 from $196,255 to $349,090, with no change to the contract completion date of August 31, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
