Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with the City of Manchester, NH in the amount of $1,134,000 for clinical testing for infectious diseases and child lead exposure, case management services, and outreach education programs to prevent and control infectious diseases and child exposure. Effective January 1, 2024, upon G&C approval through December 31, 2027, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 81% Federal Funds, 14% General Funds, 5% Other Funds (Lead Poisoning Prevention Fund)
