Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Trustees of Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH, in the amount of $500,000 for the Merrimack, NH Kidney Cancer Incidence Phase 3 Feasibility Study as appropriated in NH House Bill 2. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2023, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% General Funds
