Description

Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with Maxim Healthcare Staffing Services, Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/22/21, Item #37), to provide continued support to key staffing needs within the Department, by extending the completion date from December 31, 2023 to December 31, 2024 and increasing the price limitation by $584,705 from $14,404,594 to $14,989,299. Effective January 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 97% Federal Funds, 3% Other Funds (Prescription Drug Monitoring Program and Therapeutic Cannabis Program)
