Authorize to enter into a contract with TDB Communications, Inc., Washington, DC, in the amount of $1,060,218, to determine and review individual eligibility for disability benefits through Aid to the Permanently and Totally Disabled, Aid to the Needy Blind, Medicaid for Employed Adults and Disabilities, Medicaid for Employed Older Adults with Disabilities, and Home Care for Children with Severe Disabilities.
