Description
Authorize to enter into sole source amendments to existing contracts with the Contractors (originally approved by G&C on 12/6/19, Item #11), as detailed in the letter dated November 6, 2023, to continue providing crisis respite shelter services to individuals referred for services by NH Doorway contractors, by increasing the total price limitation by $2,977,675 from $11,478,313 to $14,455,988 and by extending the completion dates from September 29, 2023 to September 29, 2024. Effective retroactive to September 29, 2023, upon G&C approval. 99.31% Federal Funds, .69% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs)
