Description
Authorize to enter into sole source amendments to existing contracts with the Contractors (originally approved by G&C on 9/18/19, Item #20A), as detailed in the letter dated November 21, 2023, to continue providing evidence-based prevention services for children up to 18 years of age who are exposed to adverse childhood experiences as a result of opioid and/or stimulant misuse, by increasing the total price limitation by $350,000 from $1,359,024 to $1,709,024 and by extending the completion dates from September 29, 2023 to September 29, 2024. Effective retroactive to September 29, 2023, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
