Authorize the Bureau of Environment to enter into a sole source agreement with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Concord, MA, for an amount not to exceed $1,296,808 for employment of a dedicated project manager in the USACE New England Field Office to expedite evaluation and processing of permit applications for Department and local federal-aid transportation projects. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2028.
