Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a sole source contract amendment with Boston Express Bus, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1/10/07, Item #123A), by increasing the contract amount by $2,071,500 from $5,822,081 to $7,893,581, to continue providing daily bus service for commuters and travelers along the F.E. Everett Turnpike corridor between Nashua-Tyngsborough-Boston. (2) Further authorize the contract completion date from December 31, 2023 to December 31, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval.
