Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving, Inc., Londonderry, NH, on the basis of a sole bid of $884,675.87 for pavement resurfacing on Boynton Street in Bedford, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $88,467.59 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval though September 13, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
