Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Miller Construction, Inc., Windsor, VT, on the basis of a low bid of $918,512, for bridge preservation of one bridge in Charlestown on NH 12. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $91,859 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval though August 1, 2025. 100% Federal Funds
