Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Weaver Brothers Construction Company, Inc., Bow, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $15,190,864.50 for pavement rehabilitation north and southbound on I-89 from MM 20.5 to MM 24.2. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $1,519,086.45 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval though June 5, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
