Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Severino Trucking Co., Inc., Candia, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $9,854,762 for intersection reconstruction and widening along NH 101A in Merrimack, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $492,738.10 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval though October 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
