Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries, Inc., Belmont, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $4,084,306.33 for payment preservation on NH Rt. 16 in Milton and Wakefield, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $204,215.32 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval though September 20, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
