Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with L&D Safety Marking Corp., Barre, VT, on the basis of a low bid of $189,400 for milling of rumble strips along the shoulder and centerline of NH Rt. 106 from US Rt. 3 in Pembroke to US Rt. 3 in Meredith. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $9,470 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval though October 25, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
